Pre-Booking Qualifications

  • If you have previous permanent makeup, photos must be sent to info@zamorabeauty.com and approved before booking.

  • must be 18 and older

  • if you are under a doctors care and taking medication or currently have a medical or skin condition you must first consult with your physician then provide a doctor’s note giving consent for the procedure. Client can not currently be using any oral or topical acne medications.

do not schedule an appointment if:

  • you are pregnant or nursing

  • have a history of keloids

  • are physically not capable of laying completely flat for hours at a time.

  • can not allow yourself 2 weeks for proper aftercare &  surface healing before any upcoming events or vacations you may have planned. (wetting, sweating, sun exposure(4 weeks), etc must be completely avoided for 1-2 weeks after procedure)

  • you can not plan ahead. complimentary touch up must be done 6-10 weeks after initial procedure in order to be included in price. no exceptions! so please schedule your first appointment accordingly

lips

  • will be swollen for 24-48 hours after procedure & initially much brighter than desired result

  • recommended to take a 5 day antiviral before/during/after procedure to avoid a cold sore outbreak

eyeliner

  • no contacts during procedure

  • no eyelash extensions

  • no lash serums within 2 weeks of procedure

current illness/Covid-19 Guidelines

  •  arriving to your appointment showing any signs of illness will result in you being turned away, contact me prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule if you are experiencing any symptoms (coughing, sneezing, fever, etc

  • face masks are currently not required by clients before entering the office. all artists will be wearing a mask during the procedure as this has always been a requirement.

Policies

  • be sure of both time and date before scheduling your appointment. (touchup must be scheduled 6-10 weeks later)

  • a non-refundable deposit will be charged to your card once the appointment is booked.

  • the remaining balance is due the time of your appointment and must be paid by cash, venmo or cashapp. no card payments!

  •  if you wish to reschedule, you must do so at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment in order for your deposit to be considered transferable. if you fail to reschedule 72 hours prior, your deposit will not be refunded and you must fully re-book a new appointment with a new deposit.

  •  new appointments may be rescheduled a maximum of 3 times. any appointment rescheduled more than 3 times will automatically be cancelled resulting in loss of deposit. (rescheduling an appointment into a new month with a price increase does not transfer previous price over, new pricing will then come into effect.)

  •  you must be on time for your appointment.  we only allow a 15 minute grace period.  if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment your deposit will not be refunded and you must fully re-book a new appointment with a new deposit.

  • no additional guests/children at your appointment

  • please be aware that we will be within a close proximity of each other during the procedure so please be sure to have proper personal hygiene and please do not wear heavily scented perfumes, colognes and lotions.  these can cause allergic reactions or migraines for the technician.
